This is the 3rd bike that we have bought from Justin at Glacial Lakes in Watertown, SD....we will never go anywhere else.

First Harley purchase. Absolutely exceptional staff. From sales to parts to service it was a great experience. I don't usually get into surveys and the such, however I believe in taking the time to submit this one. Here goes...First and foremost I believe there are those who want to purchase a bike or a car or take skydiving lessons or whatever, but are afraid of being the one who doesn't know anything, the one that doesn't know the right questions to ask. That is what made this experience great. I walked in and instead of the expectation of the "no nothing about street bikes you don't belong here attitude", what I received was the "you don't own a Harley, lets figure this out and welcome you home attitude". I believe if everyone know what I experienced at Glacial Lakes there would be quite a few less cars on the road and instead you would have a community of adventurers. I was introduced to everyone from sales to parts to clothing to the service department...that was the difference. So...long story short...you guys rock and you have a customer for life now (or at least until I move somewhere without winters).

To cody jim and whoever i forgot to mention i bought my 2018 road king almost a year ago im was so impressed i bought my wife a bike for christmas. These guys rock and its well worth the time to see them if in the market for a bike im impressed with everything this store does and i live 2 hours away well worth the drive keep up the good work

My clutch went out as I was on vacation riding from St. Louis, MO to Western Montana. Yogi and the service department got me in and out in an hour so I could maximize my vacation enjoyment. Thanks so very much guys. Not every HD dealership would have done that and I truly appreciate it.

Staff was awesome

Tom was great to work with from the initial tire quote, to advising me about Lady's Night (never been and very much enjoyed), to purchasing my tires, and then checking me out from service and helping us load my bike. Excellent experience all the way around!
