Greetings fellow 115th Anniversary travelers!
We are getting very excited to join you on the ride “home” to Milwaukee to celebrate Harley-Davidson’s 115th Anniversary.  We have had a great time at many past anniversaries in Milwaukee and are looking forward to creating more great riding memories with you.  Please note that the information below may not pertain to everyone – so take the bits and pieces that you need to make your travels easier.  If you have other questions or ideas feel free to contact us at J&L!
 
Here are some details:
·J&L Harley-Davidson will be providing a truck and trailer to haul luggage (remember space is somewhat limited, so please don’t bring excessive luggage)
o   If you would like to have your luggage hauled in the J&L truck please bring your luggage, clearly marked with your name, to J&L Service write-up area on Tuesday, August 28th (between  9am-4pm).
o   For the return trip back to Sioux Falls the luggage will be loaded at 7am on Sunday, September 2nd. Any luggage to be hauled back to Sioux Falls must be in the Pfister lobby by 7am.
o   This is only open to people staying at the Pfister Hotel under the J&L Harley-Davidson block.
Wednesday August 29
·We encourage everyone to ride at their own pace to Milwaukee, WI.  (appx 500 miles)
o   J&L has a block of rooms reserved at the Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee

* Your room is paid for with the payment you made to J&L Harley-Davidson. Everyone has their own confirmation number that we have on file. If you would like your confirmation number, please email Anna or Char and they can email that over. Otherwise, we will be there when you check in with the confirmation numbers. You will be required to put a credit card on file at the hotel for incidentals and motorcycle parking. Motorcycle parking is a negotiated rate of $15 per day per motorcycle payable to the hotel (this is for the secured parking ramp attached to the hotel).
·Jim Entenman and the truck and trailer will be departing from J&L Harley-Davidson by 6:30am on Wednesday, August 29th.
o   They plan to take the interstate the entire way
§  No formal stops are planned
§  Will only be making gas stops
o   All Luggage MUST be in the trailer on Tuesday night, they will NOT have time to pick up additional luggage at J&L Harley-Davidson on Wednesday morning.
·You are welcome to take a more scenic route if you choose
·Multiple groups of riders will be leaving J&L Harley-Davidson between 6am & 7am. These will all be informal rides at your own pace.
·If you are planning on leaving Tuesday, August 28th, please let us know so we can put that information out to other riders who may want to leave a day early.

115th Anniversary Rally Packs – celebrate the 115th Anniversary with these exclusive, limited quantity Rally Packs filled with merchandise and experiences you can only get in Milwaukee Labor Day Weekend. If you have not purchased your rally pack, make sure to do so soon. There are only a limited amount of quantities.

·There are many free concerts going on throughout the weekend. Info on these can be found on the schedule of events. FREE Larger name concerts happening at Veterans Park:

·On Saturday, September 1st, Lady Antebellum and Darius Rucker with Russell Dickerson will be at the Summerfest grounds.
o   Rally Pack wristband holders receive complimentary gear check (1 jacket and helmet per person) and access to private pre-show gathering area adjacent to the Amphitheater to socialize with friends.
