5,000 Mile Maintenance (Will vary by model)

1. Change engine oil and filter
2. Inspect oil lines and brake system for leaks
3. Inspect air cleaner and service as required
4. Check tire pressure and inspect tread 
5. Check tightness of wheel spokes
6. Replace transmission lubricant
7. Check clutch adjustment
8. Check primary chain adjustment
9. Inspect rear belt and sprockets and adjust belt
10. Check, adjust, and lube throttle, brake enrichener and clutch controls
11. Inspect fuel valve, lines, and fittings for leaks
12. Check brake fluid levels and condition
13. Inspect brake pads and discs for wear
14. Check front brake lever pin
15. Check brake caliper pins
16. Check brake caliper boots and bushings
17. Check rear master cylinder outer boot
18. Check spark plugs
19. Check operation of electrical equipment and switches
20. Check and adjust engine idle speed
21. Inspect shock absorbers
22. Road Test
